The URAR Form
Standard appraisals for single family residential homes usually
appear on a summarized format. The URAR: Uniform Residential Appraisal Report is the
most common form of Summary Appraisal report, often used by banks or
other lenders when granting first or second mortagages.
There are many other types of forms for Field Reviews, FHA Loans, Construction Loans, and other types of appraisals.

Standard URAR for single family homes:
The report will typically include the completed 6-page URAR form
(Fannie Mae form 1004/Freddie Mac form 70),
color digital photographs of the subject property (at least 3 views),
color digital photographs of at least three comparable sales,
a digitized location map, a complete building sketch,
several pages defining the Scope of Work for the assignment,
the required State Of Ohio appraiser disclosure & license forms,
and any required supporting addenda.
