What kind of real estate appraisal report will I need?

There are many different types of property appraisals. We have the expertise to help you choose just what you need for your circumstances.

Single Family Appraisal Reports:
URAR, FHA, VA, MC1004 and other standard formats.
Multi-Unit Residential Appraisals:
2-4 Family, SRIPAR, Form 72 and other formats for apartments, condominiums and co-operatives.

Full Narrative or Summary reports, also formats for UCIAR and Vacant Land.
