Appraisal Orders
Your may request appraisal services in the following ways:

1 - Transmit your EDI-compliant order to our EDI mailbox. (For example, use Fannie Mae Mortgage Links and choose our link, OSA, Inc. - Northeast Ohio)
(NOTE: If you are unsure if you are EDI-compliant, you probably aren't. Please call for details on the software you will need to transmit EDI requests.)

2 - Send a standard E-mail to appr@ohiovalue.com. Include all pertinent details on the subject property, and include contact information for yourself.

3 - Fax the order to 216-362-1001. Include all pertinent details on the subject property, and include contact information for yourself.

4 - Call our office at 800-795-3282.
