Typically, An Appraiser is either State Certified or State Licensed,
(although there are unlicensed trainees with little or no experience.)
has a minimum of two years of field exeperience, and has completed a course of study, training, and hundreds of hours of education,
and also passed a special examination administered by the State. In addition, many
appraisers obtain designation in professional Appraisal Societies that foster exchange
of ideas and growth furtherance of the profession. Finally, an appraiser must typically
engage in mandated continuing education to maintain status as an appraiser.
Currently, of the several field appraisers on staff, all our appraisers are State Licensed
or Certified, and have years of experience as dedicated professional
real estate appraisers. We have served hundreds of clients over the years and welcome
the opportunity to discuss our quality services with you.
