Optional / additional fees:
Add $50 for each additional report copies, resends, or shipment via overnight courier.
(e-mail report via PDF format is FREE -- supply us with your email address on the order.)
Add $50 for each additional parcel for multi-parcel residential dwellings.
Add $100 for Rush Service or Special Priority Turnaround Service.
Add $100 for property appointments that are scheduled on weekends or holidays at customer request.

As each home is unique, we reserve the right to individually quote any assignment.
We reserve the right to individually quote rural, agricultural, mixed use, or nonresidential
properties, properties with over 5 acres or multiple parcels, residential homes over 3,000 square feet, or any unusual properties.
We add late fees and collection charges if our invoice remains unpaid over 30 days.
All prices are quoted as paid in cash on or before the date of the property appointment. We reserve the right to refuse to grant credit to any client at any time. Payment by check or any other method may delay completion of the report. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of any report until your payment clears our bank.
While turnaround time for most residential properties does not exceed three business days from the date of the property appointment, we will not guarantee any turnaround time unless written agreement and all payment is received in our business office in advance.
