In the 1990's, the trends toward EDI in the Real Estate Appraisal process began to take shape. To accelerate the valuation process, appraisers began to use digital cameras, EDI, and other new valuation technology.

To satisfy this demand, our small appraisal practice started a new company in Ohio. Beginning with serving one county, our willingness to embrace new technology opened doors.

In 1996, the company selected a new name - Ohio Statewide Appraisals - and later incorporated and moved into its current offices.

Ohio Statewide Appraisals, Inc. continues to grow. Our staff has successfully fulfilled orders for over 125 lenders throughout the USA, in 22 of Ohio's counties. Our early commitment to emerging technology in the field of real estate appraisal is only now beginning to be imitated by other appraisal companies. As more and more companies come online, they discover what we've already been doing for years.
