Other Counties in Ohio
Ohio Statewide Appraisals, Inc. has a staff of fully Licensed and Certified
Appraisers in several cities. In addition to the counties listed under our Northeast / Northwest / Central Ohio
lists, we have occasionally provided our existing clients with limited appraisal services
in limited areas of of the state outside those counties already named.
However, not every county is fully computerized, and
this limits our ability to provide fast service on residential appraisals in
other areas as yet.
Additional areas are considered and quoted on request, provided that:
- We may limit service to populous areas of the county (towns and cities),
- We may limit service to only certain types of residential assignments,
- We may limit service to only certain area where our staff or contractor has experience,
- We may sub-contract your assignment to other, locally skilled personnel,
- We may not guarantee turnaround times for service in distant areas,
- We may not guarantee that "pre-comp" data is available or reliable,
- We may require advance payment for services in distant areas,
- OSA, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any assignment in any area of the state at any time.
Basically, we provide service where we have experience and are confident we can obtain adequate data sources, using
local sources such as county auditors, public records, real estate companies,
private databases, and the like. However, many rural, sparsely populated areas
do not provide easy access to public transfer data, or the data itself is of
limited reliability. We may also contract certain assignments to
local appraisers in some cases.
Thus we recommend that you contact our office. Fax or email the property address
and your contact information to us, and we will be happy to provide
a detailed, individualized quote for services.
