Condominium / Planned Unit Development Report Forms
This is the standard form for Condominium Homes and similar ownership
arrangements. It is similar to the URAR Form, but has detailed fields for
comdominium-specific information such as association fees,
development amenities, and the like.
Condo/PUD reports typically cost about the same as single family reports.
The report will typically include the completed Condo/PUD Form,
color digital photographs of the subject property (3 views),
a digitized location map, a complete building sketch,
several pages defining the Scope of Work for the assignment,
the required State Of Ohio appraiser disclosure & license forms,
and any required supporting addenda.
